Florence Gay is the general manager of INFINITI Global Corporate Strategy. In her position, Gay is responsible for INFINITI's global business strategy and operational framework, including oversight of the company’s Mid and Long-term planning and transformation activities ensuring efficient organizational governance.

Prior to her current role, Gay was general manager, Market Intelligence for Nissan and INFINITI. Highly skilled in customer-minded strategy and operational marketing, Gay has more than 20 years of experience working for Nissan and its brands. 

Gay first joined Nissan Motor Co., Ltd, in 2001 as advanced planning coordinator in Europe where she helped build the Nissan product line up, notably proposing Qashqai as a new concept for the region. From there, she held various roles for Nissan and INFINITI in Western Europe and North America where she created customer experience protocols to improve brand loyalty and strength, handled advertising activities for Nissan in France, Belgium, and Netherlands, and led all customer voice activities as Market Intelligence Director for the USA Canada, and Mexico. Gay joined the Nissan Global team in Yokohama, Japan, in July 2020. She speaks French and English.

Gay holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business and Commerce from ESC Clermont Business School.

Gay enjoys traveling and challenging herself with creative cooking in her free time.
