DUBAI, UAE — INFINITI Middle East is elevating the ownership experience with its INFINITI VALET Program for customers across the Middle East. Launched in 2017, this service, widely commended by INFINITI owners, offers convenient vehicle pick-up and drop-off for maintenance appointments, eliminating the need for customers to visit their nearest service centre.

The INFINITI VALET Program is available in the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, and Azerbaijan. Customers can easily schedule this service through various touchpoints, including the web contact form and the call centre.

Vehicles can be collected for maintenance from the customer's home or office by a VALET truck (where available), a service team member, or a recovery vehicle. Payment options include online, credit card, or cash.

The program is available to all INFINITI customers, regardless of their vehicle's age or warranty status. It can also be combined with the INFINITI Courtesy Vehicle Program, where available, to ensure uninterrupted mobility for customers while their vehicle is serviced.
