Dubai, United Arab Emirates – To launch the 2023 QX60, INFINITI Middle East brought the SUV to life through an exciting Ride and Drive experience in beautiful Kakheti, Georgia. Chosen for its mountainous landscapes and unique heritage, Kakheti complemented the narrative behind the latest debut in ways that no other location could: authentic, original, and immersive.
INFINITI hosted media, influencers, and personalities in the region at Vazisubani Estate, the selected boutique hotel on the countryside dating back to the 1800's, that once played a key role in art, culture and education that challenged the status quo, complementing INFINITI values as a challenger brand. Throughout the stay, the guests experienced driving the QX60 through the province's scenic landscapes, along with an itinerary encompassing a set of bespoke experiences to reflect key elements of the SUV.
To effectively relay the story behind the launch, the itinerary was split into three major themes "Me Time" to bring driver-focused features to life, "Family Time" to convey the SUV's family-focused qualities and "Art and Design", to showcase the inspiration behind the striking aesthetics of the QX60.
Putting the driver first and foremost, the Georgian adventure began with a stop at Amo Café, Sighnaghi, an elevated venue showcasing breath-taking landscapes for a chance to experience driver-focused features during the uphill drive, such as ProPilot, Head-Up Display and Massaging Seats while embracing elevated views, cobbled villages, and vibrant treetops drenched in autumn colours.
To embrace "Family-Time", INFINITI chose Javakhishvili Estate as the next stop, to explore a family-owned vineyard and traditional Georgian bread making while learning more about the QX60's family-focused features, along with a chance to enjoy Kakheti's crisp breeze and fresh home-made pastries.
The last stop presented an opportunity to delve into the SUV's design-focused features and learn more about the Japanese art and inspiration behind the QX60's modern and minimalist approach. Choosing Chateau Buera/Lopota Lake for lunch, INFINITI hosted a picturesque afternoon before heading back to Vazisubani Estate for dinner.
