Yokohama, Japan – INFINITI Motor Company announces changes to the brand leadership team – Fergus Kong is appointed the new chief financial officer and general manager global finance and Nasif Siddiqi assumes the role of managing director, INFINITI Motor Company's International Markets group effective July 1, 2020. Reporting to Peyman Kargar, chairman INFINITI Motor Company, Kong and Siddiqi will take over these key assignments as the brand undergoes a major transformation.

Fergus Kong, Chief Financial Officer
Fergus Kong assumes the chief financial officer and general manager global finance role for INFINITI Motor Company taking over for Mark Kaczynski who was named regional vice president, Finance and Accounting for Nissan's Africa, India and Middle East Region. Kong will work in INFINITI's global headquarters in Yokohama, Japan. He previously served as INFINITI's finance director since joining the company in 2015. Prior to joining INFINITI, Kong held a number of senior financial positions within the communications and technology industries including British Telecom, MCI WorldCom and Verizon Business. He began his career as a finance analyst.
Kong holds a BA from Chinese University of Hong Kong, certifications from American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), CPA Australia and the IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Nasif Siddiqi, Managing Director INFINITI International Markets
Nasif Siddiqi will take the reins as managing director of INFINITI International Markets, a diverse region of INFINITI's business based in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
Prior to this appointment, Siddiqi held the role of general manager global sales operations since 2018 for INFINITI Motor Company based in Yokohama, Japan. He joined INFINITI's global team from Nissan North America where he led strategy for the western region. Prior to joining the Nissan family, Siddiqi held leadership roles with Maserati North America and Toyota USA.
INFINITI's International Markets office encompasses the brands business in three diverse markets across the Middle East, parts of Asia and Eastern Europe.
Siddiqi replaces Markus Leithe who has chosen to leave the company to pursue other interests.
Siddiqi holds a bachelor's degree in marketing management from California State University and an MBA from University of California, Davis.
