YOKOHAMA, Japan – INFINITI USA is recognized as one of the top luxury automotive brands in the 2024-2025 Automotive Reputation Report, earning second place with a Reputation Score of 738. This achievement demonstrates the brand's dedication engaging luxury car buyers and addressing their evolving needs.

The annual Reputation report evaluates brands and retailers across North America using its proprietary Reputation Score–on a scale up to 1,000–to assess sentiment, engagement, and visibility.

In the current digital landscape, where consumer voices resonate widely, actively managing online reviews has become a vital component of success in the automotive industry. Modern buyers increasingly rely on online reviews to inform their decisions. By proactively addressing feedback, INFINITI has strengthened its credibility and fostered transparency across its retail network. The brand has consistently performed well in Reputation's annual rankings, securing the top spot among U.S. luxury brands in 2023 and 2021, and finishing second in 2024 and 2022.

"INFINITI has been redefining client experiences and setting the standard for luxury in the automotive industry since its inception 35 years ago," said Craig Keeys, group vice president, INFINITI Americas. "Our recognition in the 2024-2025 Reputation Report reflects INFINITI's unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional, client-centered experiences that meet the evolving expectations of luxury consumers."

To enhance client satisfaction, INFINITI continues to invest in programs like INFINITI NOW, INFINITI Premium Care1, INFINITI Valet2 and ICAR-XTM sales and service apps, streamlining the sales-to-service journey. Additionally, the brand has introduced initiatives such as INFINITI Client Experience Coordinators3 and MyINFINITI Experts4, designed specifically for the all-new 2025 QX80.
